End of tenancy cleaning is one of the most common reasons for deposit disputes. Follow this checklist to ensure your property is left in pristine condition.

Kitchen

• Deep clean the oven and hob
• Defrost and clean the fridge/freezer
• Clean inside all cupboards and drawers
• Descale the sink and taps

Bathroom

• Scrub grout and tiles
• Remove limescale from shower heads and taps
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Disinfect the toilet

General Areas

• Steam clean carpets
• Wipe down skirting boards and door frames
• Clean windows (inside)
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings
